• At least possess Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Environmental Management, Occupational Health, or equivalent • Sea Service in a Senior Position for at least 5 years and/or equivalent shore based HSEQ experience • Experienced with inspecting, auditing, and implementing ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISM Code, ISPS Code, SMK3, Vessel docking (DPA is a plus point) • Fluent both spoken and written in English • Willing to be relocate to Bali and regularly work on remote sites JOB DESCRIPTION • Assist Head of Safety Department to complete an analysis and verification related to develop the management system and the implementation on vessels and all sites • Supervise the effectivity of file management and procedure improvement process in HSE Department • Planning, scheduling, and executing internal and external Audits (shore and offshore) as well as evaluating audits • Ensure the monitoring, implementation, and continual improvement of processes related to Health and Safety working environment at all levels (shore and offshore) • Drive the HSE Action plan and initiatives to monitor progress across all sites • Manage the HSE Coordinator team
