Performance Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage and ensure the accurate and timely implementation of all elements of advertising programs.

• Set up and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Ad Networks, and Programmatic partners.

• Identify and onboard new channels/partners to expand campaign scale, negotiating favorable terms where necessary.

• Monitor and manage campaign KPI delivery and spend pacing to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with creative teams, agencies, and third-party partners to manage all campaign elements related to creative requirements, technical production timelines, and asset delivery.

• Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and adjustment to meet or exceed KPIs.

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive weekly/monthly reports for higher stakeholders, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.

• Proficiency in Google Search, Google Display, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Experience with multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms, coupled with knowledge of fraud protection mechanisms, is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, channel optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless execution.

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
