- At least 3 years' experience in the Pulp and Paper industry Or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in project control methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of earned value management system implementation.
- Strong analytical skills for variance identification and improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in producing progress reports and presentations.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Procedure Management: Experience in updating and finalizing project planner/control procedures as per project requirements.
