Procurement Specialist (OS&E)

PT Canggu International is a developer property that established in 2011, with its main focus to develop high quality hotel & resort properties, the idea comes from the founder that has a vision to have a hotel that's been the best on the industry hence it can be a heritage and legacy of our country. Responsibilities - Listing and review Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) list - Work closely with sourcing, operator, owner , vendor to complete the OS&E list - To ensure that OS&E procurement completed before hotel opening - Liaising with operator for the quantity and specification - Coordinate with sourcing for finding the vendor and acquire samples for approval - Coordinate with sourcing to acquire quotation from vendor - Coordinate with owner and operator for sample approval - Coordinate with owner for price approval - Coordinate with purchasing for purchase order processing and delivery of items Qualifications: - Diploma's/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field - A minimum of 1 years' experience in a related field - High degree of fluency of English is required for negotiations and internal communications - Good communication skills – verbal-nonverbal, displays maturity, drive and self-initiative, conflict management, basic negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and continuous improvement focus - Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision - Ability to work under direction but to be able to use own initiative when required
