Product Executive

Who we are? Happy Trails! Asia is a sustainable, adaptable, understanding, and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei.

We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate Product Executive who will be responsible for all aspects relating to delivering a successful Product-Design.

You as Product Executive will be a part of Happy Trails! Asia at Bali, Indonesia.

Profile: • At least 2 years of working experience in the hospitality and travel industry or related field. • Excellent command of English both written and spoken. • Knowledge of Indonesia’s tourism products. • Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows. • Good communication, excellent negotiation, and relationship skills. • Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Locally based in Bali.

What you’ll be doing: • Involved in developing innovative, and sustainable products for the various target markets, together with the Product Managers • Together with the Product Manager, develop programs for clients. • Collaborated with cross-functional team to achieve product vision for travel demand. • Review existing programs regularly with the Product Manager to ensure quality and Traveler experience. • Work closely with the data entry team to ensure all information, products, etc are updated in the database system. • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
