Production Staff

Responsibility: • Supervise production operators to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules • Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets • Monitor productions processes closely to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations • Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics • Train and mentor production operators to enhance their skills and performance • Troubleshoot production issues and impelent corrective actions to minimize disruptions and downtime • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all production activities

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field • Proven experience in production supervision or related roles in the FMCG industry • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and production planning • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with production management software is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality
