Description: -Performing general maintenance, repair, and alteration on the building, grounds, and mechanical systems related to the building function. -Coordinate maintenance activities utilizing both inside and outside resources. -Handling day to day schedule of helpers, drivers, and security in the studio. -Handling facility-related purchasing.
