Public Relations Specialist

Qualifications:

1. Minimum S1, all of the major are welcomed. Preferably those who enrolled Communication and DKV.

2. Fresh graduate are welcomed.

3. Max 33 years old

4. Fluent in English, preferably those who have great skills both Written and Spoken

5. Having the SIM-A (Indonesian Driver License) is a plus

6. Able and Agile to do a workfield

7. Mastering communication techniques, social media management, negotiation and doing several works related to company administration.

8. Mastering design, editing, jurnalistic writing, photography & videography is a plus.

9. Having good comprehension in FnB Business Analytics is a plus

10. Communicative and agile to work in a team

11. Having the ability to work under the target settlement

Job Description:

1.  Analysing market for Brand Strategy and Brand Plan Development

2. Monitoring and evaluating Brand Plan, as well as maintaining the relation between brand and customers 

3. Planning market visit to oversee the real market situation and relationship with customers 

4. Handling social media of the company

5. Conducting excellent market research

6. Monitoring and evaluating the budget for brand promotions 

7. Executing media strategy for the organisations

8. Executing each brand's communication plan to management

9. Running projects together with media suppliers (both online and offline)

10. Maintaining a positive image of the company and brands

11. Handling the special treatments for customers in their special events

12. Executing the special treatments during the big holiday events (Idul Fitri, Natal, Imlek)

13. WFA, but preferably candidate who's be able to doing fieldwork around Mojokerto and Malang
