Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to conduct activities relating to purchasing/procurement.

Provide reporting and documentation of purchasing/procurement activities.

Management of timeline related to purchasing/procurement activities.

Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience in purchasing/procurement role.

Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills.

Able to use Microsoft Office including Excel/Sheets.

Attention to detail.

Experience in sourcing suppliers, cost management and reporting.

Fluent in English, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.
