Job Description: Ensure products and operating procedures are compliant with national regulations and corporate standards. Provide and review the requirements for BPOM registration or renewal including being the representative of our company (the registration will be under your name). Conduct a routine internal audit and support external inspections by related authorities e.g: BPOM, HACCP, or Halal Institution Create audit reports and ensure the improvements are implemented Work closely with the CEO and R&D to implement the regulatory strategy for product innovations Be aware of upcoming changes in applicable legislation and regulatory guidelines Any related duties assigned by management Qualifications: Graduate with a degree in Pharmacy (Registered pharmacist with Ministry of Health is preferred) Having a STRA/STRTTK and SIPA/SIKABeing passionate about developing herbal products is a plus Strong communication, project management, and documentation skills
