Job Qualification : - Min. D3/ S1 Arsitektur, Interior Desain or Teknik Sipil - Minimum 2 years related experience - Fluent in using Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel - Hold Driving License SIM C or SIM A About you : - Passionate to work in a growing team - Understand design and construction - Organized and Detail Oriented - Able to travel to project sites - Understand English Language well - Able to read, understand and measure from construction drawing or 3d drawing - Good with Numbers - Good Communication - Able to operate AutoCAD, Sketchup will be an advantage Job Description - Measure Volume of Works - Create Boo (Bill of Quantity) - Travel to sites and make progress report/ opname regula - Documenting any changes in Scope of Works - Prepare Progress Claim.
