Job Description: - Lead and drive accountability for retail channels/sales strategy, growth and execution - Accountable for quality of Retail - productivity and customer service goals - Provide thought leadership and ensure consistent and quality execution in Retail Operations, Brand Presentation, Training, etc. - Lead and set performance standards for execution in retail - Develop and lead a high-performance team by driving accountability with a high degree of passion for the brand - Lead and be responsible on recruitment, interviews, selection, training and development of new employees - Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions Requirements: - Max 35 years - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any discipline - Min 3 years of experience in retail environment - Good team building, interpersonal skills, coaching and people development skills - Strong project management and analytical skills - Skilled in high level presentations, influencing and commercial negotiations - Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends - Candidates must be willing to homebase in Denpasar (Bali) and be ready to be assigned out of town
