Deskripsi Pekerjaan : - Menjalankan dan mengembangkan SOP Roasting kopi - Memahami jenis kopi dan karakter kopi - Memiliki ketelitian dalam pengawasan suhu, waktu, warna dan hal lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kualitas akhir kopi - Mengerti tentang hal –hal yang berhubungan dengan ilmu kimia perkopian Kualifikasi : - Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat - Interest dengan kopi - Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang kopi, terutama dibagian roasting - Jujur, gesit, cekatan, memiliki komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik - Memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan - Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
