Sales Executives

Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Sales Executive who possess a passion for people and impact.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective clients (B2B)

• Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues

• Doing full cycle of sales : prospecting clients (generating outbound leads), cold calling, meeting, negotiation, closing deal

• Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved

• Achieve monthly sales target (generating revenue)

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as hunter sales (B2B) , preferably from SaaS company, Agencies, Media, etc.

• Have your own database of clients is a plus point

• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for fostering positive relationships

• Highly organized, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done

• Willing to WFO in Jakarta Selatan
