Sales Manager

Responsibility:

• Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans/strategies and budget to increase revenue and market share, explore a new outlet and explore sales opportunities

• Manage-develop and lead distributor team

• Measure and drive team performance-engage distributors to grow and retain top talents

• Ensure distributor financial compliance-provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated area

• Implement innovative approaches to drive product awareness and market penetration

• Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to identify areas of improvement

• Use market insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition

• Prepare and present monthly sales realization targets and reports in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years Sales Management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make needed recommendations

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the mother and child industry or related areas and having knowledge about breastfeeding preferred

• Computer proficiency and strong presentation skills.
