1. A bachelor's or associate degree in sales management, marketing, communication, business or a related field may be advantageous. 2. Experience in sales is necessary, proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. Fluent in English & Bahasa, both written & spoken. 3. Fluent in Mandarin will be a plus point. 4. Five or more years of experience in managing Sales in Education Industry 5. Ready to travel (at least 60% of the time). 6. Flexibility to adapt and respond quickly to changing work situations and environments.
