Requirement:

  • Having experiences as Secretary or Personal Assistant min 2 years in any field

  • Able to operate Ms. Office

  • Have good communication skill, easy going & able to work with team

  • Fluent both writing & speaking in English

  • Multitasking, can do attitude

  • Able to work under pressure & have "Get Things Done" mentality

  • Have mentality & spirit : Pro active, high initiative, flexible & persistance

  • Good coordinator, work 24/7 & can work from anywhere

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Managing all meetings schedule with internally or externally

  • Make Minute of Meetings on every meetings and follow up every point on the MoM meeting

  • Assisting all activity related in Sales Department especially related with heah of Sales' activity

  • Managing every event related with Sales department
