Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements :

  • Female

  • Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 2 year work experience as a Personal Assistant.

  • Have initiative in work and a sense of responsibility.

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel) Excellent communication & presentation skills Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • (English & Japanese preferred) Willing to be placed in Cikarang- Bekasi.

Job Description :

  • Responsible in managing Director’s needs and activities

  • Providing secretarial / administrative / others support to BOD

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments

  • Responsible to distribute corporate’s document in a timely manner

  • Develop and maintain a filing system
