- Hold a University degree or equivalent in a scientific/technical area - 5+ years of relevant development and industrialization experience within tobacco industry. - Knowledge and experience in leaf grading, blend formulation, subjective evaluation of blends and grades, cigarette design, flavor/casing systems and primary/secondary manufacturing - Consistent track record in problem solving, team collaboration in cross-functional projects and carrying out complex design of experiments - Curious, fast learner, agile and can communicate optimally both verbally and in writing with various collaborators - Working proficiency in English, other language is an asset - Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally to support business objectives
