- Two or more years of experience in an equivalent position in a Resort or 5-star Resort environment. - Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related program from a recognized school preferred. - Outgoing, with a friendly disposition. - Able to deal effectively with people at all levels and always represents The Resort professionally. - Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and must be willing to work flexible hours and carry out additional duties as business demands dictate. - Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
