Senior staff QC Pengawas & Pengendali Lapangan (PPL) •

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Engineering, Operations or Project Management •

Required minimal 2 years’ experience with direct customer contact and project management •

Experience developing and maintaining a project plan and proactively leading cross-functional project teams •

Strong time management skills with ability to work independently and efficiently •

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization •

Ability to multi-task, response to challenges with creativity, empathy and flexibility, and work well in a dynamic environment •

High degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, and assertiveness •

Strong interest in new technology, people development and business process improvement >

Skill required: Excel (advance level), Google Earth
