Social Media Admin

Role Description

• Develop and create engaging social media content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

• Schedule and upload content to designated social media platforms

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

• Generate reports on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) to a cohesive social media presence

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing

• Proven ability to create engaging and creative content for various social media platforms (text, images, videos)

• Experience with scheduling and uploading content to different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries and comments

• Ability to stay up-to-date on current social media trends and best practices
