- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics - Min 10 years working experience, with min 7 years’ experience in Cost Estimating/ Cost Engineering in Mining / Oil & Gas, Logistic, Services, Construction company - Technical knowledge and experience on various range of Cost Engineering, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, tendering, commercial bid evaluation, cost control, change control, work breakdown structure, risk analysis. - Highly self-motivated person, familiar with working with the deadline and target. - Able to work independently, and a good team player as well. - MS Office literate especially MS Excel & Power Point (Advance Level) - Good in Arithmetical, pay attention to the detail. - English proficiency (Advance)
