RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise production operators to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.

• Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.

• Monitor production processes closely to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.

• Train and mentor production operators to enhance their skills and performance.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and downtime.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all production activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in production supervision or related roles in the FMCG industry.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and production planning.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with production management software is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality.
