Job Description : Responsible for monitoring & reporting related to outlet operational activities to Area Manager/Operational Manager Responsible for petty cash, sales reports, and outlet operational efficiency Responsible for SOP / company regulations to run well Have a strong desire to increase sales on the basis of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness Evaluating marketing programs implemented at outlets Responsible for HR administration activities at the outlet Responsible for sales target strategy and labour cost Qualification : Maximum age 36 years old Min Highschool education/School of tourism science experience min. 2 years in the same position Understand the goods inventory system & Food Safety, especially the management of goods from restaurants Experience in Korean and Thai food is preferred
