Supervisor Digital Marketing

JobDescription:

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.

• Lead and manage the marketing team, including providing direction, development, and motivation to team members to achieve marketing targets.

• Conduct market analysis and research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and market competition, and apply findings in developing marketing strategies.

• Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring brand message quality and consistency.

• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI), and deliver regular reports to management.

• Interact with internal and external business partners, such as sales teams, advertising agencies, suppliers, and customers, to ensure effective collaboration in achieving marketing objectives.

• Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring proper allocation for various marketing initiatives and monitoring expenditures according to the plan.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the marketing industry and technology, and apply best practices and innovations in marketing strategies.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory positions.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using data analysis tools and interpreting market research results.

• Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and direct teams. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Good multitasking abilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Good understanding of digital marketing technology and social media platforms.

• Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
