We need you to : - Monitoring day to day hiring process and ensuring the fulfillment of company needs. - Improving Recruitment process, procedures, system and best practices. Requirements : - Min. Bachelor's degree of any major. - Proven work experiences as Recruitment Lead or related roles. - Familiarity with sourcing, head hunter, psychological assessment, interview and networking. - Excellent organization, leadership and communication skills. - Experienced from Pharmaceutical Manufacture will be preferable. - Placement at West Jakarta.
