Job desc :
- build, manage and supervise a team of funding officers
- maintain the team's sales performance
- contact, prospect and identify new leads of customer
- provide service excellence to customers
- achieve monthly sales target for various the assigned banking produsct
- maintain knowledge on all bank products and services

Qualifications :
- bachelor degree (sarjana) holder
- AAJI, WPPE and WAPERD certification holder
- 3 years of experience in banking or other financial industry
- 2 years of experience in supervising sales team
- customer-oriented
- great in both communication and selling skills
- persistent and target-driven
- high achiever and have passion for sales
