Account Payable Staff

Job description: 1. Coordinate with departments related to supply chain 2. Verification and validation supplier payments 3. Settlement cash advance 4. Settlement cash before delivery payments 5. Analysis of purchasing activities 6. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc 7. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances 8. Maintaining historical records Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree from Economic with minimum GPA 3.00 2. Min. experience 1-2 years in finance and account payable 3. Proficient using Microsoft Office and ERP 4. Excellent communication skills (able to build relationships with at all levels - both internally and external) 5. Ability to work under pressure
