B2B Telemarketing (Sales Development Representative)

Job Requirements

• Has a minimum 1-2 years of experience as a B2B Lead Generation / Telemarketing

• Has experience working in a Headhunting Agency, Recruitment Consultant, HRIS and selling headhunting services to all type of Companies (Preferably)

• Has superb ability to do cold calling & initial presentation

• Experienced in data scraping and generating leads from scratch

• Take initiatives to reach prospective clients

• Introduce our job platform to prospective company via phone / email / whatsapp

• Doing data scraping and generate leads from scratch

• Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective client

• Operate the system and input data accurately

• Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved

• scheduling meetings between the clients & internal account management
