- Male/ Female - Must have proven hotel experience with at least 3 years in managing the F&B Department at a 4 /5* Hotel/Resort - Well Groomed, has excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written - Strong leadership skills & passion for teamwork - Strong commercial/business judgement - Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating the VHP system - Strong in purchase and inventory management skills, as well as able to monitor departmental revenues and expenses - A salesman with strong negotiation skills - Able to work under pressure and the ability to multi-task - Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Creativity in Food and Beverage concepts and promotions
