• Must possess at least Bachelor's degree in human resource management, psychology, or equivalent • Proven work as HR recruiter min. 3 years • Experienced with sourcing techniques • Solid verbal and written communication skill • Effective time management skills • Creative in problem solving JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
