Job Responsibilities : - Managing the hiring pipeline - Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms). - Participating in the recruitment process, which involves screening and selecting ideal individuals for available positions - Supporting the background checking process and interview arrangements Job Requirement - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field with no class attend - Internship Experiences in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment will be preferred - Passionate about people, services, and administration - Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable - Full time interns preferred 3 months - Preferably live in Tangerang area and willing to work hybrid
