People Development Specialist

Overview

This is a contract People Development Specialist role in South Tangerang. The People Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for employees within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs, design effective training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. The People Development Specialist will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement and retention through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, Education or related fields.

• At least 3-5 years' experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate environment.

• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.

• Experience with instructional design software and e-learning tools.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting in order to measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.

• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
